Trip Highlights:

Plane departs Newark Airport Monday Sept 30th
Arrive Dublin for a morning pint of Guinness in the Guinness Storehouse’s Gravity Bar for a 360 panoramic view of the city and the Wicklow Mountains OR you may choose to take the Dublin City Bus Tour with 14 attractions to visit before the bus leaves for Donegal.

Before you say, “You had me at Guinness Storehouse!” here’s the rest:

3 Nights in Letterkenny, Donegal at the Radisson Hotel. This will be our hub for 3 days when we visit:

The Malin Head (Northern most point in Ireland). We’ll probably visit Farren’s Pub (The Northern most Pub in Ireland). Walking tour of Derry’s walled city. Bushmill’s Distillery, and the Giant’s Causeway (awesome place!) Sightseeing in County Sligo and Belleek Pottery on the way to the legendary city of Westport in County Mayo.

3 nights in Mayo at Castle Court Hotel for short day trips to see Croagh Patrick (St. Patrick’s Holy Mountain), Knock Shrine (one of the few places in he world where the Virgin Mary appeared) and a boat ride to Clare Island.

Our final day is Ireland will be a bit challenging because we need to get close to Shannon Airport for our departure.
Here’s what’s planned for this pesky one day move:

Sunday in Galway where we can enjoy the street performers and a multitude or pubs and restaurants. You may choose to visit St. Nicholas (Galway Cathedral). We may also make a stop at the Connemara Marble workshop. Then it’s down to Bunratty Village for a farewell Medieval banquet. Our admission to the Bunratty Castle banquet also entitles you to admission to the folk park 1 1/2 hours before the show. Durty Nelly’s is in the same complex as is the Bunratty Wollen Mills for people who like to shop. Our hotel is directly across the street from the castle.

I have worked very hard to keep this trip comparable in price to last year’s and VOILA'! The price for air, hotel, admissions, daily hotel breakfast (except arrival day), 3 dinners and the Medieval Banquet Show $2675 per person shared room.

A single room supplement is very expensive so it’s recommended that you have a roommate.

Please be advised that the only potential adjustment in price would be from airline pricing shenanigans.

Initial Deposits are being accepted now at $250 per person.
2nd deposit $350 per person due by March 17th, 2013
Final payment due by July 1st, 2013.
